FPC21905 Resolution to approve the promotion to the Police Forensic Services Director position A motion was made by Fred Crouther, seconded by LaNelle Ramey, that this Fire and Police Resolution be ADOPTED. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 7- Avalos, Spencer, Fallone, Crouther, Washington, Ramey, and Horwitz No: 0 Excused: 2- World-Patterson, and Burgos 13. FPC21902 Resolution to approve the appointment to the Communications Facilities Coordinator position A motion was made by Bree Spencer, seconded by Amanda Avalos, that this Fire and Police Resolution be ADOPTED. FPC21903 Resolution to approve the appointment to the Office Assistant II position A motion was made by Miriam Horwitz, seconded by LaNelle Ramey, that this Fire and Police Resolution be ADOPTED. FPC21904 Resolution to approve the reappointment request of Police Officer City of Milwaukee Page 3 FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION Meeting Minutes - Final December 15, 2022 A motion was made by LaNelle Ramey, seconded by Fred Crouther, that this Fire and Police Resolution be ADOPTED. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 7- Avalos, Spencer, Fallone, Crouther, Washington, Ramey, and Horwitz No: 0 Excused: 2- World-Patterson, and Burgos Motion to Adjourn A motion was made by LaNelle Ramey, seconded by Amanda Avalos. None opposed. All in favor. The meeting adjourned at 6:33 p.m. The Board may receive a motion to convene in closed session in City Hall, room 301-B, 200 East Wells Street, on the promotion, appointments or reappointment in the Police Department, pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(c) Wis. Stats. to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over whom the Board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the closed session. Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities through sign language interpreters or auxiliary aids.
