FPC20383 Resolution to approve MPD’s Discipline Matrix Attachments: NEW Discipline Matrix Held in Commission for continued research, revisions and updates. This item will be discussed at the next Complaints and Discipline Committee meeting which will take place on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. This Fire And Police Resolution was HELD TO CALL OF THE CHAIR Motion to Adjourn Meeting end time was 5:24 p.m. It will be necessary to receive a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (1) (g) Wis. Stats. to confer with a representative of the City Attorney's Office who will render oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board. The Board may then reconvene in open session concerning any such item following the closed session. Members of the Fire and Police Commission who are not members of this Committee may attend this meeting to participate or to gather information. Therefore, notice is given that this meeting may constitute a meeting of the Fire and Police Commission or any of its Standing Committees, and must be noticed as such, although they will not take any formal action at this meeting.” This notice is being made pursuant to Section 19.84 (3) Wis. Stats., "Public Notice of every meeting shall be given at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of such meeting unless for good cause such notice is impossible or impractical, in which case shorter notice may be given, but in no case may the notice be provided less than two hours in advance of the meeting." Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities through sign language interpreters or auxiliary aids.
