2. FPC21251 Resolution to approve the May 25, 2021 meeting minutes
A motion was made by Anna Wilson, seconded by Edward Fallone, that this
Fire and Police Resolution be ADOPTED. This motion PREVAILED by the
following vote:
Aye: 5- Wilson, Cocroft, Fallone, Ramey, and Avalos
No: 0
Excused: 1- Crouther
Abstain: 1- Kessler
3. FPC20383 Resolution to approve MPD’s Discipline Matrix

NEW MPD'S Discipline Matrix 2020
This Fire and Police Resolution was HELD TO CALL OF THE CHAIR and will be
discussed at the next meeting which will be held on September 21, 2021.

4. FPC21167 Communication from the FPC Investigators regarding citizen complaints
A motion was made by Anna Wilson, seconded by Amanda Avalos, that this
Fire and Police Communication be PLACED ON FILE. This motion PREVAILED
by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Wilson, Cocroft, Avalos, Fallone, Kessler, and Ramey
No: 0
Excused: 1- Crouther
Motion to Adjourn
Amanda Avalos motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Anna Wilson. None opposed. All in
favor. The motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 5:42 p.m.
This meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Fire and Police Commission or any
of the following committees or subcommittees: Testing and Recruiting, Research, Policies and
Standards, Litigation and/or FPC Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on
whether the presence of one or more of the Fire and Police Commission members results in a quorum
or a negative quorum of the Commission or another committee and whether any agenda items listed
above involve matters within that committee's realm of authority. In the even that a simultaneous
meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous

case may the notice be provided less than two hours in advance of the meeting."
