Commissioner Cocroft motioned to nominate Commissioner McKenzie for the position of Chair. Commissioner Avalos seconded the motion. All in favor. None opposed. Motion carries. Commissioner Crouther motioned to nominate Commissioner Cocroft for the position of Vice-Chair. Commissioner Avalos seconded the motion. Commissioner Cocroft declined the nomination. Commissioner Cocroft motioned to nominate Commissioner Avalos for the position of Vice-Chair. Commissioner Crouther seconded the motion. All in favor. None opposed. Motion carries.
