FPC21474 Resolution to approve the February 16, 2022 meeting minutes A motion was made by Edward Fallone, seconded by Amanda Avalos, that this Fire and Police Resolution be ADOPTED. FPC21462 Resolution to create Standard Operating Instruction-1033 Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO) Program A motion was made by Edward Fallone, seconded by Dana World-Patterson, that this Fire and Police Resolution be RECOMMENDED for adoption by the FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Fallone, Ramey, and World-Patterson No: 0 Excused: 1- Kessler Abstain: 1- Avalos 4. FPC21463 Resolution to amend Standard Operating Procedure 160-Persons with Mental Illness A motion was made by Edward Fallone, seconded by Amanda Avalos, to RECOMMEND that this FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION establish an advisory committee to review and make recommendations for updating SOP 160, as recommended by the Milwaukee County Mental Health Task Force. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 4- Avalos, Fallone, Ramey, and World-Patterson No: 0 Excused: 1-Kessler An additional motion was made by Edward Fallone, seconded by Dana World-Patterson, that this Fire and Police Resolution be HELD TO THE CALL OF THE CHAIR. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 4- Avalos, Fallone, Ramey, and World-Patterson No: 0 Excused: 1- Kessler Motion to Adjourn Ed Fallone motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Dana World-Patterson. None opposed. All in favor. The motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 6:28 p.m. This meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Fire and Police Commission or any of the following committees or subcommittees: Research and Rules, Testing and Recruiting, Complaints and Discipline.
