Comment(s) by the Public. No comments were made by the public. 2. FPC21613 Resolution to approve the March 24, 2022 meeting minutes A motion was made by Dana World-Patterson, seconded by Edward Fallone, that this Fire and Police Resolution be ADOPTED, with the correction that the minutes for item 5 should state that the matter was recommended for adoption by the full board. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ramey, Avalos, Fallone, Spencer, and World-Patterson No: 0 Excused: 1- Kessler City of Milwaukee Page 1 FPC POLICIES AND STANDARDS Meeting Minutes - Final May 26, 2022 COMMITTEE 3. FPC21413 Resolution to amend Standard Operating Procedure 090-Prisoners and Booking A motion was made by Edward Fallone, seconded by Dana World-Patterson, that this Fire and Police Resolution be RECOMMENDED for approval by the full board of the FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION which will meet on 6/2/2022. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ramey, Avalos, Fallone, Spencer, and World-Patterson No: 0 Excused: 1- Kessler 4. FPC21555 Resolution to amend Standard Operating Procedure 263-Records Management A motion was made by Bree Spencer, seconded by Amanda Avalos, that this Fire and Police Resolution be RECOMMENDED for approval by the full board of the FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION which will meet on 6/2/2022. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ramey, Avalos, Fallone, Spencer, and World-Patterson No: 0 Excused: 1- Kessler 5. FPC21556 Resolution to amend Standard Operating Instruction-Tactical Enforcement Unit A motion was made by Edward Fallone, seconded by LaNelle Ramey, that this Fire and Police Resolution be REFERRED WITH NO RECOMMENDATION to the full board of the FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSION which will meet on 6/16/2022. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ramey, Avalos, Fallone, Spencer, and World-Patterson No: 0 Excused: 1- Kessler Motion to Adjourn Edward Fallone motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Dana World-Patterson . None opposed. All in favor. The motion carried. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Fire and Police Commission members results in a quorum or a negative quorum of the Commission or another committee and whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee's realm of authority. In the even that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting. Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities through sign language interpreters or auxiliary aids.
