FPC21796 Resolution to approve the July 28, 2022 meeting minutes A motion was made by Amanda Avalos, seconded by Bree Spencer, that this Fire and Police Resolution be ADOPTED. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Avalos, Spencer, Fallone, World-Patterson, and Ramey City of Milwaukee Page 1 FPC POLICIES AND STANDARDS Meeting Minutes - Final September 22, 2022 COMMITTEE No: 0 3. FPC21773 Resolution to approve the amendments to MPD Standard Operating Procedure 210-Communicable Diseases A motion was made by LaNelle Ramey, seconded by Edward Fallone, that this Fire and Police Resolution be RECOMMENDED for adoption to the Fire and Police Commission which will meet on October 6, 2022. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Avalos, Spencer, Fallone, World-Patterson, and Ramey No: 0 4. FPC21774 Resolution to approve the creation of MPD Standard Operating Procedure 370-Field Identification A motion was made by Edward Fallone, seconded by LaNelle Ramey, that this Fire and Police Resolution be RECOMMENDED for adoption to the Fire and Police Commission which will meet on October 6, 2022. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Avalos, Spencer, Fallone, World-Patterson, and Ramey No: 0 5. FPC21775 Resolution to approve the amendments to MPD Standard Operating Procedure 665-Tire Deflation Devices A motion was made by LaNelle Ramey, seconded by Amanda Avalos, that this Fire and Police Resolution be RECOMMENDED for adoption to the Fire and Police Commission which will meet on October 6, 2022. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Avalos, Spencer, Fallone, World-Patterson, and Ramey No: 0 6. FPC21776 Communication relating to the creation of a Standard Operating Procedure regarding the release of MPD video footage of critical incidents A motion was made by Edward Fallone, seconded by Dana World-Patterson, that this Fire and Police Communication be HELD TO CALL OF THE CHAIR. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Avalos, Spencer, Fallone, World-Patterson, and Ramey No: 0 Motion to Adjourn Bree Spencer motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Amanda Avalos. All in favor. None opposed. The motion carried. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Fire and Police Commission members results in a quorum or a negative quorum of the Commission or another committee and whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee's realm of authority. In the even that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting. Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities through sign language interpreters or auxiliary aids.
