2. FPC19339 Resolution to review the Psychological Evaluation Process for Testing
and Recruiting
Soler moves that the current process be publically shared with every candidate that
fails the psychological evaluation. The current process should include in addition to the
psychologist, an executive director and a commissioner who can review, uphold,
challenge technically the process until we get the study done that will have meaningful
data for us to make an improved change. In addition, he requests the RFP process be
reviewed. Research will continue regarding this item. This item will be discussed at the
next Testing and Recruiting meeting on January 16, 2020.
