Present: 6 - Pieper Eisenbrown, Jarosz, Bauman, Clendenen-Acosta, Keating Kahn, Peltz 1. 200760 Communication relating to the establishing of mural guidelines for historic properties in the CIty of Milwaukee. Sponsors: THE CHAIR Also present: Jim Owczarski - City Clerk Jeremy Ebersole - Historic Preservation Alliance - supports the draft guidelines. This will be introduced as a resolution and go through the Common Council as a regular file. Mr. Owczarski noted that there are no definitions in the draft, except for "murals". Adopted as currently drafted, except incorporating Jeremy Ebersole's proposed change in 2-c (adding alley walls so it matches 2-b). Minor edits will be added for the October 12th agenda. A motion was made by Matt Jarosz, seconded by ALD. BAUMAN, that this Communication be ADOPTED.
