Call to Order Meeting called to order at 2:54 p.m. Roll Call Present: 2 - Reed Daniels, VandeBerg Absent: 1 - Wagner A. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA CONSENT AGENDA – ITEMS RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL (All items listed under the Consent Agenda will be enacted by one motion unless a Commissioner requires otherwise, in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately.) B. REPORTS AND DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. R13297 Resolution approving the appointment of Willie L. Hines, Jr. to the position of Secretary-Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) City of Milwaukee Page 1 HOUSING AUTHORITY Meeting Minutes February 16, 2022 Sponsors: THE CHAIR Vice Chair Daniels and Commissioner VandeBerg expressed their support for the resolution, but felt it should be held over until the Chair of the Board was well enough to attend, with all Commissioners present. A motion was made by Brooke VandeBerg, seconded by Sherri Reed Daniels, that this Housing Authority Resolution be HELD IN COMMISSION. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Reed Daniels, and VandeBerg No: 0 Absent: 1- Wagner Adjournment There being no further business, Commissioner VandeBerg made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:59 p.m. Vice Chair Daniels seconded the motion. While a quorum of the Crucible, Inc. Board may be present at the HACM meeting, they will not exercise the responsibilities, authority, or duties vested in the Crucible, Inc. Board of Directors.
