APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA CONSENT AGENDA – ITEMS RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL (All items listed under the Consent Agenda will be enacted by one motion unless a Commissioner requires otherwise, in which event, the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately.) B. REPORTS AND DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. R13360 In-Depth Organization Review for Commissioners Sponsors: THE CHAIR Staff presented an overview of the programs and services offered by the Housing Authority and discussed current opportunities and challenges. Commissioners asked questions, adding to their understanding and also provided early input to staff on their interest in items like software, staff training and the organization’s instrumentalities. Commissioners and staff agreed that future Board Meetings may periodically continue similar discussions. City of Milwaukee Page 1 HOUSING AUTHORITY Meeting Minutes December 8, 2022 Adjournment There being no further business, Commissioner VandeBerg made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:30 p.m. Commissioner Yépez-Klassen seconded the motion. While a quorum of the Crucible, Inc. Board may be present at the HACM meeting, they will not exercise the responsibilities, authority, or duties vested in the Crucible, Inc. Board of Directors.
