Project Status - 30 Day Look Back 95% of design for Mainline and OMF completed 30% design for Lakefront Line completed Continued Lakefront Categorical Exclusion and Environmental Documentation Processes Continued Utility Coordination Continued Coordination with the Lakefront Gateway Project Conducted Project Design, Utility and Vehicle Engineering Meetings Executed We Energies Construction Agreement on March 11th We Energies Began Electrical Relocations Recommenced Water Works Construction - 90 Day Look Ahead Issue Mainline General Contractor Solicitation RFP by end of June Select and Engage Contractor Obtain Categorical Exclusion Approvals on Lakefront FTA document to was sent to State historical preservation office, response within one month Update and Baseline Project Schedule City of Milwaukee Page 1 JOINT COMMITTEE ON Meeting Minutes April 8, 2016 DOWNTOWN STREETCAR IMPLEMENTATION Continue Private and Public Utility Coordination and Design Obtain PSC approval to Start Gas & Steam Updating of Project Management Plan and Sub-Plans Complete Water Works Construction Complete draft financial plan Conduct Project Design, Utility and Vehicle Engineering Meetings - Tentative Phase 1 Project Schedule Revaluating Schedule for OMF and the Mainline (roadway, trackwork, systems / Overhead Contact System) Formal grant approval and categorical approval Schedule Will be Baselined Pending the Incorporation of the Lakefront Line and Categorical Exclusion Approval and Contractor Engagement and Input Fall of 2018 Revenue Service - Budget Status Total $15.43 Million spent to through March 2016 including paying Brookville 4. Utility Coordination We Energies Issued Final Design Plans and Final Design Cost Estimate for Phase 1 on February 22, 2016 and anticipate Lakefront Line submittals in April 2016 Executed Construction Agreement with We Energies March 11, 2016 We Electric Relocation work started March 15. Other work is pending PSC Approval. We Energies Submitted Certificate of Authority Application to PSC for Gas and Steam - September 15, 2015. Provided copy of Construction Agreement to PSC A Single Reimbursement Agreement on Behalf of all Telecoms to be Negotiated with Scope and Budget to be Negotiated Individually Employed a Support for Business Program to Minimize Impacts Carolynn Gellings of DAAR Engineering Inc stated they will oversee construction management 5. Vehicle Procurement Executed Contract with Brookville Equipment Corp. November 2015 Anticipated delivery of 1st Vehicle December 2017 Conducting Biweekly Vehicle Engineering Meetings Brookville Site Visit in May in conjunction with Dallas, Detroit, Oklaholma City (other Brookville cities) parts sharing consortium Meeting With Other Agencies Utilizing Brookville Vehicles to Discuss Share Spare Parts Pool 6.
