City Attorney who will render oral or written advice with respect to litigation in which
the city is or is likely to become involved and then will go into open session for the regular
agenda.

and eviction proceedings, prohibitions on enacting ordinances that place certain
limitations or requirements on landlords, providing an exemption from emergency rule
