Roll Call Present 5 - Hamilton, Dodd, Spiker, Bauman, Murphy 3. The Committee may entertain a motion to convene into closed session under s. 19.85 (1) (g), Wis. Stats., to confer with a representative of the City Attorney's Office who will render oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the CIty with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. The Committee may then reconvene in open session following the closed session. Ald. Bauman moved to convene in to closed session.
