Sponsors: THE CHAIR Municipal Court has $3,216 owed and an unpaid lien of $4,557.61 on another property (on the property prior to purchase) and pending case on item #13 and he has other property with unpaid taxes and liens, as well as a raze order on his property on Finn Pl. Mr. Sims be required to post the city cost to raze the building, which is $15,700. All this must be paid by noon on Nov. 23rd. Schedule Jan. 13th. A motion was made by ALD. Sponsors: Ald. Johnson Individuals present: Brenda Wood - Intergovernmental Relations Ald. Bauman moved to retain all of the files in the legislative package. There were no objections. Ald. Murphy moved to remove the one resolution in the legislative package. There were no objections. The items recommended for a re-vote will be scheduled for the December meeting. All relate to the Fire and Police Commission. Ald. Dodd to remove the items that are obsolete or already enacted (items 1-3). There were no objections. Ald. Spiker moved to move items to policy statements (items 1-4). There were no objections. A motion was made by ALD. MURPHY that this Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR ADOPTION. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting. Times for specific agenda items are estimations. If items cannot be heard at their specified times, they will be heard as soon as practicable thereafter. Limited parking for persons attending meetings is available at reduced rates (5 hour limit) at the Milwaukee Center on the southwest corner of Kilbourn Avenue and Water Street. Parking tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code are required to register with the City Clerk's License Division.
