property tax payment.

Mr. Bolt, as people of integrity they are, Mr. Bolts are willing to accept 2 months of
penalties and interest, in the amount of $443.23 and asked that the City compromises
by reimbursing them the amount of $1,329.00, non precedent base.
Ald. Bauman agrees and moved the claim be granted in the amount of $1,329.00
A motion was made by ALD. BAUMAN that this Resolution be RECOMMENDED

Mr. St Junior explained that this item comes as a result of a warrant in a joint effort
from the Milwaukee Police Department to assist the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The department did not act negligently in executing the warrant. House was in state of
disrepair.
Based on the explanation and testimony of the assistant city attorney, Ald. Dodd ask
for this item to be held, to further investigate this claim; to review payments made,
citations issues to Ms. Hayes; Ald. Dodd rescinded the motion to hold.
Ald. Dodd moved to settle this claim in the amount of $5,000.00.
Ald. Bauman moved to amend motion to adjust the amount and moved to settle the
claim in the amount of $7,500.00.
A motion was made by ALD. BAUMAN that this Resolution be SUBSTITUTED.
