1. 221262 Resolution relating to the claim of Roger and Margaret Phillips
Message from Ms. Phillips
Hello Joanna
We are declining the meeting scheduled for March 13 before the Judiciary and
Legislation Committee. With the two denials we already received from the City stating
it “was an act of God”, and so much time past, we felt we were not going to get any
further help from the City on this matter and this was closed. We moved on with
getting repairs done and we had to put in a claim with our home owners insurance to
help cover some of the cost to repair. I only wish Forestry would have listened to our
calls that this hugh tree was dying and needed attention.
