Wells St., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, under s. 19.85 (1) (e), Wis. Stats., for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. There will also be discussion under s. 19.85(1)(g), Wis. Stats., that will include conferring with the City Attorney who will render oral or written advice with respect to litigation in which the city is or is likely to become involved.
