Appearing: Clint Muche Mr Edward Hill Peter Knox - Tow Lot Manager Committee members watched a video from the tow lot that showed significant damage, Ald. Chambers moved to settled this claim in the amount of $13,000.00 After further discussion Ald. Chambers withdrew his motion. Ald. Borkowski, notwithstanding the City Attorney's recommendation, moved to settle the claim in the amount of $5,000.00; there were no objections. A motion was made by ALD. BORKOWSKI that this Resolution be SUBSTITUTED.
