A motion was made by ALD. BAUMAN that this Resolution be HELD TO CALL OF THE CHAIR. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 4- Borkowski, Bauman, Chambers Jr., and Taylor No 0 Excused 1- Murphy 7. 230808 Resolution relating to the appeal of Brittany Gayden for property damage. Appearing: Atty Clint Muche MFD Chief Joshua Parish Brittany Gayden and her father Ald.Chambers moved to settle this claim in the amount of $2,100.00. Further discussion continued and for a moment Ald. Chambers attempted to withdrew his motion. Ald. Taylor proposed a motion to settle this claim in the amount of $3,750.00.
