He indicates that there may not be enough parking in the area as well. John Lewis Hill Sr. - W224 N2589 Ridgewood Lane, Waukesha - He owns property in the area and believes the license would deteriorate the neighborhood. He wanted to attend the neighborhood meeting but couldn't access the meeting space Francis Hill - W224 N2589 Ridgewood Lane, Waukesha - She states that there are enough licenses in the area. Ald. He is also concerned about noise issues and neighborhood objections. Appearing in opposition: Joel Dome - 424 W Washington Apt A - He states that patrons loiter outside the premises. There is litter from cigarette butts and alcohol bottles. He also states that graffiti is not removed in a timely manner and parking has become an issue. She states that the alcohol license is needed to help sustain the theater. She states that she takes care of graffiti in a timely manner. She was not aware of the noise emanating from the residential unit. John Baiocchi - 923 E Kilbourn Ave #1803 - He is a theater director that has worked with the applicant since 2010. They have invested money in the neighborhood and are concerned about businesses that are not child friendly. Alex Torba - Co-owner of the property at 2745 S 13th St. He states that over the last 15 years he has picked up broken glass and other litter. The litter problem has been reduced, but is still an issue. Individuals appearing in support: Dale Trostorff - Currently holds the license at the location. Security for the establishment patrols the area and picks up litter. Jolene Dzibinski - 2567A S 9th Pl - She works at the bar and has encountered no problems. David Soto-Laveaga - Security guard at the current establishment. He has not observed any altercations.
