Patricia Rogers - 2147 W Locust - Dominican Center for Women - She has observed loitering in front of the establishment and is concerned that children from the nearby school pass the activity. Phyllis Wolford - 1620 N 20th St - She states the building facade is in poor condition. Ald. Puente moved to make a written statement from Joyce Ellwanger part of the record as Exhibit #1.
