There are only two stores in the area that sell groceries, instead of foods like chips
and candy. She lives in the community and works with the block watch to clean up
the area. She states that other stores are a longer walk for older people in the
community.

overconcentration of food stores in the area and there is already an issue with litter.
He also states based on the gross income listed on the application, he does not think
the business can sustain itself.
