Michael Whitcomb appearing with the applicant. In the first police incident, a man and his stepson caused a disruption and were asked to leave. They began to fight outside, but the incident was then resolved peacefully. In the second incident, a man was jumped on the street when leaving the establishment. He retrieved a gun from his car and intended to hold a gun to the assailant until police arrived, but he was then arrested. She had lost some employees during the initial ownership transition, but she has hired some of the older bartenders back. She has changed the music she plays in hopes of changing the patronage. Ald.
