Earl Lowe 4763 N 52nd St stated there are shootings taking place and people are having sex in the alley. Lenord Lydell 4754 N 52nd St stated he has heard shootings outside and has called the police. Applicant apologized for the noise and shootings. He is willing to close the patio at midnight on weekends and will close it during the weekdays. Ald. Stamper moved to amend the application to close the patio at 11 PM on Friday and Saturday and 10 PM on Tuesday through Thursday. (Prevailed 5-0) Ald.
