Joyce Solinger 1637 N 16th St stated she has seen 14 cars and 1 bicycle using the
drive thru and it was not for gas. She added the traffic from the premises is
dangerous to the school traffic. She stated she has never seen the applicant attend
the community meetings and they should be shut down.
Ald. Rainey asked what type of business is being conducted at the drive up window.
Atty. Arena stated tobacco products are sold through the drive up window.
Ald. Coggs asked about the revenue break down between food, tobacco, gas, etc.

experienced similiar things.

helping with the store.

problems related to alcohol licenses in the area. He added this is an existing

Roger Rush 5619 N 35th St stated he is constantly picking up litter, having sleepless
nights because of the noise and fights at the premises. There are also cars parked in
front of his driveway.

concerns.
