the semitruck issue is problematic. He aded the applicant is going to work with the
distributors to see if they can use smaller trucks. He stated there will be cameras
setup outside to combat loitering. He added the litter will be address and he has no
plans to sell hot food.

police with security camera footage. The applicant stated he he stepped up litter
clean up in the area.

that drug dealing is taking place in the alley behind the store.

Roslyn Davis 7727 W Beckett Ave stated the store is a nuisance and she has seen
drug trafficking and she is has people walking through her yard.

Atty. Bobot stated a compromise has been reach with Ald. Bauman for a 15 day
suspension and that the premises will only be open Thurs-Sun, instead of Wed-Sat.
He added that there are noise meter readings taken to regulate the noise.
Ald. Perez moved to amend the plan of operation to have the premises open from
Thurs-Sun. (Prevailed 5-0)

Individuals present in opposition:
Kevin Reardon 6060 S 92nd St, Hales Corners, WI stated the streets get cutoff when
the club lets out and he is opposed to the addtional hours. He added that you cannot
walk down the street when the club is open.
Karen Purzane 624 N Water St stated the noise is horrific and it can be heard in her
apartment which diminishes her enjoyment of her home. She requests noise
abatement from the premises. She added that fater listening to the police report she
is horrified and troubled about her safety.
Jeff Purzane 624 N Water St stated he recently moved in and there is a lot of noise.
He stated he is willing to work with the applicant regarding the noise.
Ald. Lewis asked about the remedy for crowd control.
Atty. Bobot stated the premises has trained security and they will double the amount
of door security so there will not be long lines waiting to get it. He added that they
begin letting people out before close to help with the crowds. He added that police
are on the street monitoring the traffic.
Ald. Perez moved approval as amended with a 15 day suspension based on the
police report and neighborhood, aldermanic, and police testimony. (Prevailed 4-0-1,
Ald. Coggs abstaining)
