She recorded incidents of people leaving after the closing time but is not sure if they were employees. Chris Bistro 2119 S 6th St. objects to the liquor establishment. Individual present in support: Latonya Guider 2712 N Martin Luther King Dr. stated only employees are present after closing time. Ald. Perez stated that there are several challenges in the neighborhood. Ald. Coggs moved to amend the application to remove Disc Jockey. (Prevailed 4-0) Ald. Rainey moved approval as amended. He recommends a warning letter. Individual present in opposition: Darryl Moore 12200 W Lynx Ave stated he contacted Ald. Bohl after noticing several cars for sale on the premises. His concern is the deterioration of the area because of the appearance of the establishment. Ald. Perez moved approval with a warning letter based on neighborhood and aldermanic testimony. (Prevailed 5-0) Ald. Zielinski moved to reconsider the previous recommendation. (Prevailed 5-0) Ald. Rainey moved for 10 day suspension based on neighborhood and aldermanic testimony.
