Appearing on behalf of the applicant: Atty. Jan Pierce stated the applicant has agreed to the change of hours and to withdraw the Public Entertainment Premises application, and will instead apply for temporary permits. Individual also present: Ald. Coggs Ald. Bohl moved to accept with withdrawal of the Public Entertainment Premises license application.
