that in 2017 there was an issue with loud music and he took care of it. He added that

to contract with when they can open at 100%. He added that he or his wife will be at
the premises at all times, and his daughter will also be helping. He stated that he will
only use a DJ for private events.

able to accommodate them. He added that they do not use promoters. He stated that
security is trained to deescalate situations and remove problem patrons. He added that
patrons over 21 will receive wristbands and bartenders will also check IDs.

Tammy Bockhorst - 4th District Legislative Assistant stated Ald. Bauman is most
concerned about security and underage patrons consuming alcohol.
Ald. Lewis suggested the applicant provide hand stamps instead of wristbands.

Limited parking for persons attending meetings is available at reduced rates (5 hour limit) at the
Milwaukee Center on the southwest corner of Kilbourn Avenue and Water Street. Parking tickets
must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall.
Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code are required to
register with the City Clerk's License Division. Lobbyists appearing before a Common Council
