having issues at home. He added that he has owned the location for over 12 years and

Atty. Rick Donner stated this is the first time he's heard of the issues with patrons
urinating by the fence. He added that there is no security on site and it is hard for the
employees to hear if someone has loud music in the parking lot. He stated that the
communication can be improved between Mr. Kaltenberg and the premises.
Rachel Williams 1016 W Keefe Ave stated she responds to calls from the neighbors
and she does ask patrons to turn their music down.
Shaamika Robinson 10043 W Fond Du Lac Ave stated there is no public restroom.
She added that they can add signs that specify no loud music. She stated that if they
can hear the music in the lobby and they ask patrons to turn their music down. She
added that when the Urban Ecology Center calls they go and pick up the pizza boxes

in the park.

Joe Kaltenberg 724 E Geneva PL stated people urinate in his yard, and people are
blaring music in the parking lot. He added that he requested a noise dampening fence,
but they just put up a vinyl fence. He stated that he's called the store directly to have
employees ask patrons to turn down their music and that has never happened. He
added that he's not sure how the premises can resolve their issues because their
solutions have not been effective.
Ald. Kovac stated that this premises isn't being treated differently than any other
business on the block. He added that maybe the premises should hire security or
more staff during busy times. He stated that good faith efforts have been made, but
they haven't been enough.
Ald. Kovac moved approval with a warning letter based on neighborhood testimony.

they will accept walk-ins. He added that there will be no dogs at the premises, they will
not service dirt bikes or ATVs, and they will post signs regarding speeding. He stated
that they were doing work on the tow truck.

Justin Whiteman 620 E Center St stated a lot has to be addressed regarding the
traffic in front of the school. He added that he still hasn't spoken to the applicant.
Richard Pinney 620A E Center St stated that the activity at the premises has
increased. He added that friends of the applicant speed to the premises and have very
loud music. He stated that he is still confused about what the business plan.
Ald. Coggs asked why a tow truck is parked near the location for days at a time.
Ald. Coggs moved to amend the plan of operation to include no work on ATVs or dirt
bikes and no tow truck drop-offs after 5 pm. (Prevailed 5-0)

The applicant stated she knew the victim for a long time and he was shot by someone
who didn't even say anything. She added that the person just opened the door and shot
the victim. She stated added that she doesn't have security but she will hire some.

public urination. She stated that she has seen patrons littering when they leave the
store. She added that she has seen people making U-turns in front of the premises
and there are often accidents.

Milwaukee Center on the southwest corner of Kilbourn Avenue and Water Street. Parking tickets
must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall.
Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code are required to
register with the City Clerk's License Division. Lobbyists appearing before a Common Council
