all times.

in previous years, and the police report is lengthy. He added that there should be
security all day because of the incidents that are occurring. He stated that the
cameras should be operable and the employees shouldn't fight with the patrons. He
added that he lives around the corner but won't stop at the gas station because he
feels unsafe.

Lisa Whiteman 620 E Center St stated that when there is an issue she addresses it
with the applicant. She added that there is a lot of traffic.
