She added that she is invested in the neighborhood and is trying to improve it. She stated that they will be serving Asian food as a sit down restaurant, it will not be a bar, nightclub or lounge. He added that his whole block is senior citizens and he doesn't think this will be good for the neighborhood. Ald. Borkowski moved approval. (Prevailed 5-0) A motion was made by ALD.
