Applicant was present. Individuals also present: Todd Peterson on behalf of Ald. Spiker said that the alderman fully supports this application. Als. Borkowski moved approval. (Prevailed 4-0) A motion was made by ALD. BORKOWSKI that this Motion be AMENDED. This motion FAILED by the following vote: Aye 0 No 0 12 ROBINSON, Jose AD, Agent for "WALL ST. STOCK BAR LLC", Class B Tavern, Food Dealer and Public Entertainment Premises License Applications Requesting Instrumental Musicians and Poetry Readings for "Wall Street Stock Bar" at 219 S 2ND St. Mr. Robinson and Ms. Gardner were present. Individuals also present: Ald. Coggs asked if everything what was discussed during the hearing of 11/30/21 was included in the plan of operations. Mr. Cooney said that those changes are reflected on the plan of operations. Ald. Perez said that he appreciated the patience of the committee and that even after City of Milwaukee Page 1 LICENSES COMMITTEE Meeting Minutes December 14, 2021 the amendments have been made to the application the constituents still not in support of this application so at this time he cannot support the license based on neighborhood testimony. Ald. Borkowski said that what bothers him on this particular issue is the parking situation. Ms. Gardner said that she will have a parking lot lease for 20 cars signed after she completes this license matter first. Ald. Perez said that he wanted to make it clear that neighbors don't want a bar and they are against the hours. Ald. Dodd said that this applicant hasn't set record yet and she is afraid that there is and underlying issues on this application. Ald. Dodd moved approval. (Prevailed 3-1) A motion was made by ALD. DODD that this Motion be AMENDED.
