The applicant was present. Individuals also present: Ald. Perez said that he has talked with the applicant and that the late hours confusion has been resolved. Mr. Cooney said that the application has been amended and that the new hours are Sun - Thu 10AM - 2AM and, Fri & Sat 10AM - 2:30AM. Ald. Perez moved approval. There were no objections.
