Present 6 - Coggs, Borkowski, Perez, Brostoff, Chambers Jr., Spiker 221741 Motion relating to the recommendations of the Licenses Committee relative to licenses. Sponsors: THE CHAIR 03 CERVERO, Kaelyn M, Agent for "ZA MAN 5, LLC", Class B Tavern, Public Entertainment Premises and Food Dealer License Applications Requesting Instrumental Musicians, Jukebox, Magic Shows, Poetry Readings and Comedy Acts for "PIZZA MAN" at 2060 N HUMBOLDT Av. The applicant was present and said that they are happy to bring Pizza Man into the east side. She also said that they will do business as usual as they have done it for 53 years. Individuals also present: Ald. Brostoff said that he supports the application and moved approval. There were no objections. (Prevailed 5-0) A motion was made by ALD. BROSTOFF that this Motion be AMENDED. Sponsors: THE CHAIR In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules.
