Sponsors: THE CHAIR 13 GARAPATI, Indira, Agent for "Parkway Communities, LLC", Mobile Home Park License Renewal Application for "Parkway Communities" at 6160 S 6TH St. (Expired 6/30/2023) Atty. Michael Maistelman appeared on behalf of the applicant. Individuals also present: Ald. Spiker said that a neighborhood meeting was held on July 26 at the park premises, that everybody who showed up was heard, that he provided informational resources at state level (in English and Spanish). He also said that a supplemental plan of operations has been set up and submitted by Atty. Maistelman and that he has no objections. Mr. Cooney confirmed that the supplemental plan of operations is part of the file. Ald. Borkowski moved approval. There were no objections. (Prevailed 4-0) A motion was made by ALD. BORKOWSKI that this Motion be AMENDED.
