Sponsors: THE CHAIR 06 COOK, Thomas M, Agent for "Pacific Bells LLC", Extended Hours Establishments and Food Dealer License Renewal Applications for "Taco Bell #37200" at 230 E Capitol DR. (Expired 1/11/2024) Atty. Richard Donner appeared on behalf of the applicant. Individuals also present: Ald. Coggs said that this application was held to further meet with Taco Bell to make changes to the plan of operations. Atty. Donner confirmed that the plan was filed with the Licenses Division. Ms. Melendez and Ms. Martin confirmed that the plan is part of the record. Scott Shepherd (President), Gary Zehr (Vice President of Operations) and Kate Norman (Director of Operations for Wisconsin Market) were present as well. Mr. Zehr said that Ms. Norman is the local point of contact. Ald. Borkowski asked Taco Bell to have a local contact to deliver our constituents since they are a large franchise corporation. Ald. Borkowski moved approval with a warning letter. There were no objections. (Prevailed 4-0) A motion was made by ALD. BORKOWSKI that this Motion be AMENDED. Individuals also present: Ald. Coggs said that this application was held in order to have a neighborhood meeting. She added that there was a virtual meeting with no show ups and added that no neighbors were present at the committee meeting. She said that she has no objections. Ald. Borkowski moved approval. There were no objections. (Prevailed 4-0) A motion was made by ALD. BORKOWSKI that this Motion be AMENDED. Sponsors: THE CHAIR In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules.
