Roll Call The meeting convened at 3:13 PM Individual also present: Sally Witte - DCD Present 3 - Morris, Klose and Layden Absent 2 - McSweeney and Murphy 2. Review and Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes Ms. Layden moved approval of the minutes, seconded by Ms. Klose. There were no objections. 3. New Work Fund - Updates on Projects Ms. Morris stated Clarke Square has completed their project and will have an event this weekend. - Direction for 2020 Cycle Ms. Morris stated the 2020 cycle should have a theme in line with the DNC. She added that she attended a meeting about a coordinated art approach for the DNC. Ms. Layden stated there is a DNC artistic production group that is organized by Imagine MKE. She added that information is needed from the DNC about public art during the convention. 4. Conservation Fund - Updates on Projects Ms. Witte stated the Riverwest Radio project is complete. 5. Old Business - Art Collection Ms. Witte stated the Police Department is looking for art for their Call Center. Old Business - Art Collection In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. Parking tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
