New Work Fund -Discuss Prospects for the Art and Civic Engagement Program Ms. Morris stated time and money are now an issue because of the uncertainty with the DNC, and the postponement until August. She added that the projects could be moved to coincide the November election. She stated that a lot of the projects are still in the conceptual phase, but some could be moved to the regular New Work Fund. Ms. Layden suggested shifting the focus to social distancing and life in a post-pandemic world. -Updates on Projects There were no updates. 2. Conservation Fund -Updates on Projects There were no updates. 3. New Business There was no new business. 4. Old Business -City Art Collection This was not discussed. The meeting adjourned at 3:48 PM. Old Business -City Art Collection In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority.
