Roll Call Individuals also present: Sally Svetic - DCD Terri Grote - DCD Present 5 - McSweeney, Morris, Murphy, Klose and Layden 2. Review and Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes Ms. McSweeney moved approval of the minutes, seconded by Mr. Murphy. There were no objections. 3. New Work Fund - Update on Projects & Applications Ms. Morris stated no applications have been received yet. She added that lots of people are looking for whatever funding they can, but also people may be weeding themselves out.She stated that the Mary Miss project will be constructing artwork in the 30th St Corridor and in Greenfield leading down to the harbor. 4. Conservation Fund - Update on Projects & Applications Ms. Morris stated there have been no new applications filed. She added that a decision regarding TimeSlips Inc. should be made regarding whether or not they meet the eligibility requirements for the Conservation Fund. Ms. Layden moved to deny the TimeSlips, Inc application because the request is outside the eligibility requirements, seconded by Mr. Murphy. There were no objections. New Business - Stratisformis (Catalano Square) Ms. Morris stated this sculpture is owned by MIAD, but the Third Ward BID is requesting that it be removed because it is a safety hazard. 6. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division.
