Roll Call at 3:05PM Present 4 - McSweeney, Morris, Murphy and Layden Excused 1 - Klose 2. Review and Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes Mr. Murphy moved approval of the minutes, seconded by Ms. Layden. There were no objections. 3. New Work Fund Appearing: from Riverworks for Beerline Trail Wayfinding project Darryl Johnson - Rosalynn Wolfe - requested $10,000, awarded $5,000.00 Ms. Svetic has to look at the original grant agreement to see if original budget logistics. total amount available $42,000 Asked $10,000.00 Ms. Layden suggested for Riverworks to re-apply to the fund to receive a higher award. Recommendation made by Ms. Morris that this grant be awarded to Riverworks in the amount of $5,000.00 to be awarded to this project. There were no objections. 4. Conservation Fund Ms. Morris sent out emails to all applicants of the different funds, for updates. Ms. Svetic asked if Public performances can be considered in the New Work Fund. 6. Old Business Meeting adjourned at 3:36PM Joanna Polanco Staff Assistant In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting. Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities through sign language interpreters or auxiliary aids.
