Mrs. Morris said that given the amount of money it has to be one artist per department. Mrs. Morris said that she can commit to put together a comparison of 3-4 programs in order to start the proper framework and that Emilia and herself will start to circulate documents for the members to read and provide a feedback or discuss them during the monthly meetings.
