Mrs. Morris said that they are all wrapped up with reports and have made the changes
to the Conservation Fund Application along with the press release that will go out in
January,
Terri Grote said that she is waiting only for one report and that she has emailed the
organization twice.
Mrs. Morris said that about the residency program, she has forwarded some reports
that have interesting language and the rolls that an artist can play in city agencies and
she hopes it's useful when launching the program in 2022. She also said that wants to
talk to Vanessa Koster to see if they can work with the Department of City
Development initially.
Tina Klose asked to Mrs. Morris if she sees doing this pilot program with one artist per
department or if they can be spread over different ones.
Mrs. Morris said that given the amount of money it has to be one artist per department.
Mrs. Morris said that she can commit to put together a comparison of 3-4 programs in
order to start the proper framework and that Emilia and herself will start to circulate
documents for the members to read and provide a feedback or discuss them during
the monthly meetings.

Emilia Layden said that they have a little bit of framework (structure) and besides this
she thinks that they need to talk to DCD regarding what their goals might be.

applications, the DCD was not hosting any artists but facilitating connections with
business improvement and neighborhood improvement districts to potentially host
artists.
Mrs. Morris said that she would like to see the residency program be launched on June
2022.
