Puente moved entire police report become part of permanent record. There were no objections. Ald. Davis moved renewal with a warning letter, despite items contained in police report. Puente stated that this agent have been operating without a license in the city of Milwaukee. Individual present to testify: Ann McCarthy - Milwaukee Police Department, Alarm Officer Ald. Puente moved denial based on testimony and documentation in file. Prevailed 5-0 A motion was made by ALD. PUENTE that this Motion be AMENDED.
