Sponsors: THE CHAIR Appearing: Bbob Bryson - DPW Traffic Engineer A motion was made by ALD. DUDZIK that this Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 5- Witkowski, Puente, Dudzik, Donovan and Davis No 0 2. 141490 A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls. Sponsors: THE CHAIR Appearing: Bob Bryson - DPW Traffic Engineer Part 2. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following: On West Montana Street at south 11th Street Mr. Bryson said that this does not meet ordiance for installation. Ald. Davis moved this line be removed from the ordinance. Ald. Puente and Dudzik agree with the recommendation from DPW and voted against the installation on West Montana and 11th Street A motion was made by ALD. DAVIS that this Ordinance be AMENDED. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 5- Witkowski, Puente, Dudzik, Donovan and Davis No 0 3. 141491 Resolution directing the Commissioner of Public Works to enter into an agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the development, implementation and funding of traffic control and other safety measures necessary to mitigate traffic diversion on City streets due to construction activity on the Zoo Interchange Project in 2015, with the total cost being $100,000 of which 100% is grantor funded. Davis moved to approved as amended A motion was made by ALD. DAVIS that this Ordinance be AMENDED.
