DUDZIK that this Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 5- Witkowski, Puente, Dudzik, Donovan and Davis No 0 2. 141817 A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls. Sponsors: THE CHAIR Appearing: Bob Bryson - DPW Mr. Bryson said that department found that Part 3 Section 101-16-1 of the code relating to Stop sign is amended by striking the following: "On south 3rd Street at WEst Freshwater Way" Ald. Dudzik moved to approved Part 1 Part 4 Section 101-16-1 of the code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following: On West Freshwater Way and South 3rd Street in all directions Request made by Ald. Davis moved to amend the file by including Ald. Zilelinski's request. There was no objections Ald. Dudzik did not support Ald. Witkowski, Puente and Dudzik opposed to include request for Ald. Zielinski and Ald. Perez Ald. Dudzik moved approval of file and HOLDING Part 3 & 4 A motion was made by ALD. DUDZIK that this Ordinance be AMENDED.
