PUENTE that this Ordinance be SUBSTITUTED This motion PREVAILED by Voice Vote 150351 An ordinance relating to parking controls. Sponsors: THE CHAIR A motion was made ALD. DAVIS that this Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE This motion PREVAILED by Voice Vote 4. 150352 A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls. Sponsors: THE CHAIR A motion was made ALD. MURPHY that this Ordinance be SUBSTITUTED This motion PREVAILED by Voice Vote 150352 An ordinance relating to traffic controls. Sponsors: THE CHAIR Part 2. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following: “On East Homer Street at South Lenox Street” Department of Public Works does not recommend the above request on part 2. Ald. Puente moved to delete this item. There were no objections. Tess Reiss, Legislative Assistant to Ald. Bohl requested that instead of Ald. Davis moved to amend this Ordinance to reflect request from Ald. Bohl's office: Part 3. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following: On North 97th Street at West Vera Avenue On North 98th Street at West Vera Avenue A motion was made ALD. Sponsors: Ald. Stamper Individuals present: Mark Nicolini - Budget and Management Director - asks that this be held until October when it can be heard as part of the 2016 budget. Heiner Giese - Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin - took 7-10 photos in Milwaukee of city-owned lots that have overgrown and noxious weeds. A motion was made by ALD. MURPHY that this Ordinance be HELD TO CALL OF THE CHAIR. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 5- Witkowski, Puente, Murphy, Donovan and Davis No 0 8. 150319 Resolution amending Common Council Files #141103 relative to the acceptance and funding of the 2015 Women, Infants and Children’s Grant from the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
