Appearing: Chris Fornel Request for an All Way Stop on Scott and 30th St, is not a recommendations the department of DPW support. Part 1. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by adding the following: On South New York Avenue at East Fernwood Avenue Ald. Puente moved to accept this recommendation. Prevailed 4-0 Part 2. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following: On West Scott Street and South 30th Street in all directions Ald. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 4- Witkowski, Puente, Donovan and Davis No 0 Excused 1- Coggs 10. 150707 Resolution authorizing the acceptance and expenditure of contributions received by the Milwaukee Police Department from federally forfeited tangible property or cash for increased or enhanced law enforcement efforts.
