Appearing: Chris Fornel - DPW Ald. Puente moved to hold the item below. He expressed concerned with cars being snowed in and emergency vehicles being obstructed or delayed. 3-0 Part 5. Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following: On North Swan Road from West Brown Deer Road to West Allyn Street A motion was made by ALD. DONOVAN that this Ordinance be SUBSTITUTED.
