Concrete pavement reconstruction, widen the pavement from 24 to 36 feet, construct
curb and gutter, replace all of the walk on the north side of the street, install new walk

$122,700 with a grantor share of $98,160 and a City share of $24,540.

The applicant stated he does recall the complaint regarding the short ride, but he did
not refuse the fare. He stated he gave the complainant the option to ride or walk
because it was a 5 minute ride, he added that the complainant chose to walk instead.
Individuals present:
Eyad Abdalla 1333 W Edgerton Ave stated the applicant tried to hustle money when
he first started driving. He added that the applciant has changed his attitude and no
longer feels the way he did in the complaint.
Saad Malik 1333 W Edgerton Ave stated the City should not get into complaints
between drivers. He stated someone signed his name to the complaint without his
knowledge.

Ali Ali 4152 S 10th St stated the applicant has done what was stated in the complaint
and that the applicant gets into fights, swears, and talks about people's families.
Hasmel Hakeba 1500 S Dekora Dr, Greenfield, WI stated the applicant is a nice guy.
Paramvir Singh 1924 W Meyer Ln, Oak Creek, WI stated the applicant uses abusive
language, but has expressed the desire to change.
